(B) Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent and have completed no fewer than twenty-four semester hours in business administration at an accredited institution or have successfully completed four years in the field of business administration at an accredited institution. © Have not been convicted of an offense under the laws of this state or any other jurisdiction involving moral turpitude. (D) Hold a valid general industrial license and a valid state-issued professional license and meet all qualifications of the applicable license in the state. (E) Demonstrate competence in English. (F) Have received instruction in the principles of real estate dealing as described in Section 12.24.020. (G) Have successfully completed, and currently possess, a valid real estate examination as described in Section 12.24.030, with at least one renewal examination within the past five years or have passed the examination within the past five years with a minimum passing score of 70%.
